Systemic Coaching

A holistic approach that considers all aspects of your life. We make issues and themes clear by setting them up with figurines or using floor anchors. We focus on your part of the situations, without focusing on others or the future. During systemic setups, we focus on feeling rather than thinking. We process these insights, allowing you to respond differently to the situation.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT is a form of guidance that helps you accept negative thoughts, feelings, and circumstances. Instead of trying to avoid or change these experiences, you learn to accept them as a normal part of life. ACT focuses on increasing your psychological flexibility, meaning you are better able to adapt your thoughts and behavior to your values and goals.

Online Basic Training Re-Connect Yourself

A no-nonsense way to reconnect with your body through mindfulness-based attention training. This training uses meditation techniques from mindfulness and is also suitable for people who have difficulty visualizing.

Workshops

We offer one-day workshops or multi-week programs on location. Various themes are explored through systemic setups.

Bodywork

A coaching trajectory can also be combined with bodywork. Think of Touch for Health, Shiatsu, and Auriculo. This can be done during face-to-face appointments.
